Rosanna (Sanna) graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has worked extensively researching the health benefits of flaxseed, developing flax food products, and marketing these products internationally by providing workshops, seminars and presentations across Canada, the United States, Mexico and Japan. She currently works as a Nutrition Consultant, Food and creative blogger with "The Fresh and Fabulous", created in 2009.
She also holds a diploma in Dental Hygiene. She is a member of both the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association and Saskatchewan Dental Hygienists Association. She loves providing educational presentations in the areas of health, dental health and nutrition to various groups of all ages. "I love food. Besides that, it is my passion to help those with the knowledge I have to educate and empower those by making simple choices and/or changes to live their best life, " says Rosanna.
